What is the history of our denomination? How did the United Church of Christ become “United” and what traditions did it unite? What are the dynamics of the covenants between local churches, clergy, laity, conferences, and associations? How is our church governance and polity intended to work? This course addresses these questions and fulfills the UCC History and Polity requirement for those seeking authorized ministry in the United Church of Christ.

Zoom course meetings take place Thursdays February 22, 29; March 7, 14, 21 and April 4, 11, 18, 6:30-8:30pm central time.
