Ministry in the Local Church

The Division on Ministry in the Local Church provides scholarships for people to attend spiritually-enriching events including, but not limited to, year-round church camps, retreats, clergy and lay leadership development. Financial support is also available for church growth and church renewal.

2022 Technology Grants Application (here) Corrected email

The Northwest Wisconsin Association of the Wisconsin Conference UCC is offering grants up to $1000 for technical support to local congregations. Awards will be granted as applications are received and as funds remain available.
Grants are available for a broad definition of technology: hardware (computers, cameras, microphones, projectors, screens, recording equipment, etc.), software, and/or training (e.g., at your local technical college, seminars). We say broadly because each church knows its needs better than we do. For some churches this might be a first step into “technology” while others might be upgrading.

CAMP AND RETREAT SCHOLARSHIPS —AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND!

The Wisconsin Conference has amazing camping locations – Moon Beach in St. Germaine,  Daycholah Center in Ripon, and Cedar Valley in West Bend.  Check out their year round camping opportunities at www.ucci.org.

Everyone will receive 25% of the camping fee when registering. If there is any sort of extraordinary need the Camp director, along with Glenn Svetnicka, UCCI Executive Director, may decide  to pay 50% or all of the fee. “Money should not be a barrier to participation,”
“Need will be discreetly handled.” If  there is an out-of-the-ordinary need, a Pastor may inform the camps of the situation.

Scholarship information can be found when registering for camp.
