Rev. Rob MacDougall, Associate Conference Minister (ACM), lives in Menomonie where he has a home office. Rob has primary responsibility for the Northwest Association (NWA). This responsibility includes staffing the NWA Executive Committee and Division on Church and Ministry, working with congregations in the search and call process, supporting pastors and lay leaders, working with Members In Discernment, facilitating interim ministries, and listening and responding to the spiritual wrestlings and ministries of NWA churches. Rob also has responsibilities to the entire Wisconsin Conference including ministry with pastors moving into retirement, small church resourcing, seminary debt retirement grants, facilitating the Conference MID cohort and work with the Conference Commission on Church and Ministry with particular responsibility for the Conference clergy compensation guidelines. Beyond the Wisconsin Conference Rob is a member of the Wisconsin Council of Churches, facilitates an ACM Community of Practice (COP), and is involved with communicating national church decisions, opportunities and protocols. Having lived in west central Wisconsin for more than thirty years, Rob shares the wonderful spirit and beauty of central and northern Wisconsin and its churches.
