The Great Lakes Regional Youth Event theme is: A Just World for All: Your Voice Matters!

Come ponder, pray, and play guided by the 3 Great Loves:
neighbor, children, and creation in the UCC’s mission statement:
United in Christ’s love, a just world for all.

GLRYE is open to all youth grades 6-12 (youth who have finished 6th grade through those who have just finished 12th grade)

Early Bird through May 1 – $300 per person for double occupancy room

Regular Registration through June 1 – $325 per person for double occupancy room

Late registration through June 15 – $350 per person for double occupancy room

If your group cannot pay by credit card, contact Lisa Hart at glrye18reg@gmail.com for assistance.  The registration fees listed below include lodging, event t-shirt and meals.  Additional required paperwork will be emailed out after receiving confirmation email.  Please note: Youth Group Leaders and Youth Group Chaperones must be 22 years old or older.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a partial refund, cancellations must be submitted by group leader in writing to GLRYE registrar, Lisa Hart, GLRYE18reg@gmail.com, and received and confirmed by June 1.

Substitutions of any gender may be made up until June 1 for a participant who must cancel.  Substitutions of same gender (due to housing assignments) may be made up until June 15 for a participant who must cancel.  Submit the names to GLRYE registrar, Lisa Hart, GLRYE18reg@gmail.com, in writing.

Terms: There is a $ 50 non-refundable processing fee for all registrations. Refunds (minus the $50 processing fee) will be made for cancellations submitted and confirmed before June 1.

Cancellations made after June 1 will not be refunded.

MOVE IN:
Registration will open at 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 5th.

MOVE OUT:
GLRYE will conclude at 12:00 noon on July 8th.
