- workshops on health and wellness, personal fitness, and work/life balance
- reconnecting with colleagues and friends
- personal time for reflection, prayer, and self-care
The retreat begins with dinner at 5:30pm on Sunday, October 6, and concludes at 11:30am on Tuesday, October 8. The cost for participants, which includes meals and accommodations, is $50.
