Stories of Unexpected Blessings

In Summer 2020, Union Congregational UCC in Green Bay contacted members at three nearby congregations inviting them to join a book discussion group.  These avid readers have friends in many locations and the first meeting included 10 readers from four congregations in two other states!  With the audio and visual contact of Zoom,  friendships quickly grew.  The group began with Henri Nouwen’s “Discernment” and just concluded with Richard Rohr’s “Divine Dance.”  After a summer break everyone enthusiastically anticipates the September restart.
