We are pleased to invite your company or organization to partner with the Wisconsin Conference UCC and become an Annual Meeting Sponsor. This yearly meeting will take place from June 10-12, 2022 at the Green Lake Conference Center and typically draws 350+ ministers, lay leaders, church delegates and visitors each year.  The program consists of featured speakers, sessions to transact Conference business, worship, workshops and an exhibit hall with ample opportunities for connecting with people in congregations throughout Wisconsin.

This meeting is a tremendous opportunity for your company or organization to have a visible presence and showcase your support of the Wisconsin Conference UCC.

Advertisements in the Annual Meeting Guidebook

Build your brand awareness with a black and white ad in the Annual Meeting Guidebook. Attendees use this book daily to view the meeting agenda, speaker profiles and business meeting documents.

Back Cover (full page): SOLD
Half Page Ad (Inside): $150
Full Page Ad (Inside): $300

Ecofriendly Badges & Lanyards: SOLD
Include your logo on the lanyards worn by attendees during the Annual Meeting. This is a high visibility opportunity for your brand, as attendees are required to wear badges at all times. Your logo must be received by May 16.

Video Shown During Annual Meeting: $500
A 1-minute video highlighting your company or organization will be shown during a Plenary Session at the Annual Meeting. A link to the video will also be included in the email sent to all registrants after the Annual Meeting.

Email Banner: $250
Include a banner ad with a link to your company or organization’s website or link of your choice. This important event e-mail will be sent 1 week prior to the start of the meeting to all registered attendees.

Half-Day Coffee Break in Exhibit Hall – Friday, June 10: SOLD
Coffee will be set in the Exhibit Hall from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. Your company will be recognized within the Annual Meeting Guidebook and on the website with a link to your company or organization’s website.

Optional add-on:
Sponsor snacks during 3:00 pm-3:30 pm Break: SOLD

Full-Day Coffee Break in Exhibit Hall – Saturday, June 11: SOLD
Coffee will be set in the Exhibit Hall from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Your company will be recognized within the Annual Meeting Guidebook and on the website with a link to your company or organization’s website.

Optional add-on:
Sponsor snacks during 3:30 pm-4:00 pm Break: $200

Reception in Exhibit Hall – Friday, June 10: $1,500
Sponsor the cost of snacks during the reception from 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall. Your company or organization will be recognized on signage in the hall, within the Annual Meeting Guidebook and on the website with a link to your company or organization’s website.
