Please read the following information about registration, lodging and meals. Participants have these common questions every year and we hope this information is helpful.

We prefer that you register online; however, registration is also available by mail. If you register by mail, print this registration form and mail it, with appropriate fees, to the address below. Checks should be made payable to Wisconsin Conference UCC.

First-time delegates are urged to attend an orientation luncheon at 11:30am on Friday, June 5, in the Kraft Center.

Full program is staying at GLCC: $60
Full program if staying offsite: $65
Saturday only program: $37
Retired pastors: Free (waived; paid by associations)
Late registration: Full program fees increase by $10 if not registered by May 13; Saturday registration increases by $5.

When reserving accommodations with GLCC, identify yourself with the Wisconsin Conference United Church of Christ Annual Meeting. Hotel rooms in Bauer Lodge, Kern Lodge, and Roger Williams Inn are within nearby walking distance of the dining room and meeting spaces. Rooms are air conditioned and have private baths. There are no televisions (except in common lounge rooms) and you should bring your own toiletries, including shampoo, etc.

Important: GLCC will release unsold rooms from our room block on April 20. To be sure of getting a room at GLCC, register for a room by April 20!


Important note about meals: Meals must be purchased ahead of time! Green Lake Conference Center will not sell meal tickets the day of the meeting.

Those staying on the GLCC campus will be automatically charged for predetermined meal plans according to the number of night’s stay. If there are meals you plan on missing, ask to have them removed from your itinerary at the time of reservation. If you are not staying at the conference center, you must call and arrange for your meals separately. No meal tickets will be sold on the day of the event; you must purchase them ahead of time.

Special dietary needs can be accommodated by Green Lake Conference Center. Fill out the form on their website or let the facility know when you make your reservation.

  • Main meal package: Friday lunch – Sunday breakfast. Includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners. No charge for ages 4 and under.
  • Commuters who wish to dine at GLCC must order in advance through GLCC. No tickets will be sold on the day of the event.
  • Saturday only registrants: Your lunch tickets are included in the cost of registration. You will receive a lunch ticket with your registration materials.
  • You will need to pick up lunch tickets through GLCC at the main check-in counter in Kern Lodge. They are not available through the Wisconsin Conference UCC registration area (with one exception: Saturday only registrants who have registered early will get a ticket). Plan ahead: before Friday lunch there is often a crowd at the GLCC registration desks.
  • All meals are served buffet-style with several choices of entree offered at each sitting. Vegetarian options are included. Children eat from a “child friendly” buffet. Special meals due to medical requirements can be ordered by contacting guest services by calling 920-294-3323 or by filling out this form on their website.
  • Meals and beverages are taxed. To avoid state sales tax, bring a copy of your tax exempt form with ID number and a letter on letterhead from your church or non-profit organization stating that you are there on business for them.
  • Thursday dinner or Friday breakfast: If you will be at Green Lake Conference Center on Thursday and staying for the entire meeting, you must add Thursday dinner and/or Friday breakfast (if you wish them) to your meal package when you register. The same applies if you are staying for lunch on Sunday.
  • If you register after May 24, each meal ticket will cost an extra $2.00

Meal ticket prices (add $2 each if purchasing after May 24):

Ages 12 and over: – Breakfast $10; Lunch $12; Dinner $14
Ages 5-11: – Breakfast $7.25; Lunch $8.25; Dinner $9.50
 Children 4 and under are free.
