Dave Moyer is a faithful and forward-looking servant of the Wisconsin Conference, the
United Church of Christ, and the Church Universal who has He grew up in a parsonage family, graduating from high school in Amherst, Ohio. He attended Elmhurst College, from which he earned the B.A. in 1969, and Eden Theological Seminary, which awarded him the M. Div. in 1972. He completed his D. Min. at Princeton Theological Seminary in 1988. He served in the parish ministry from 1972 through 1988, first as associate minister of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Lockport, Illinois, for four years, and then as pastor of the Windsor (Wisconsin) United Church of Christ through 1988. In that year he was called to become the Association Minister of the Northwest Association of the Wisconsin Conference of the UCC, the ministry in which he has been engaged so effectively now for nearly thirteen years. He is married to Ann Scott Moyer, and they have three children: Andrew, Betsy, and Katherine.
